DISTRICT CONFERENCE:  Chair, PDG Albert & Bebe Reichert
To make arrangements for the District Conference and plan all activities.

INTER  NET & WEB MASTER FOR THE DISTRICT:  Chair, Jim Bruce
To promote communication throughout the district through the Internet by helping groups and individuals to become functional with the Internet and by developing address banks and other aids as needed.  To develop and maintain the WEB site for the district.

GEORGIA ROTARY STUDENT PROGRAM FOR THE DISTRICT: Chair, Hamsa Thota

Oversight Responsibility of DGE Kenan Kern

DISTRICT TRAINER:  Chair, PDG Bruce Montgomery
To assist the DG and DGE in the training of all officers for the Rotary year. 

AWARDS:  Chair, Bill Quinn
To establish awards and their standards and to evaluate applications and determine the winners of the district club awards.

MEMBERSHIP/EXTENSION: Chair, AG Lloyd Horadan; Assistant Chair, AG Paula Goodnow
To help each club reach its membership potential through the recruitment of new members and the retention of existing members; to assist the District Governor in initiating new clubs and in aiding those clubs which wish to promote the installation of new clubs in the district.
 

HIGH SCHOOL SPEECH COMPETITION:  Chair, Kelli Simon
To work with clubs and high schools in District 6920 to plan, organize, and execute speech contests throughout the district.

GROUP STUDY EXCHANGE:  Chair, Gordon Matthews; Assistant Chair, John Neeley
To plan and coordinate district Foundation Group Study Exchange activities, including selection and training of the outbound team.

Inbound Chair, Steve Acuff
To plan and coordinate district Foundation Group Study Exchange scheduling and organizing of the itinerary of the inbound team. 

INTERACT/ROTARACT: Chair, Ernie Cavallaro
To promote the sponsorship of Interact/Rotaract clubs in District 6920, and assist these clubs in effective operation. 

YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAMS:  Chair, Jean Iaderosa

ROTARY FOUNDATION:  Co-Chairs, PGE Kenan Kern and AG Lloyd Horadan
To plan, coordinate, and evaluate all District Rotary Foundation activities, under the supervision of the District Governor.

                Bequest Society and Benefactor – PDG Albert P. Reichert, Jr.

               
Grants – Bob Ashley and Jean Iaderosa
                        To promote the use of matching grants projects with the Rotary Foundation and
                         other grants for charitable projects throughout the district.
                Ambassadorial Scholarship – Bill Bohling
                        To plan and implement all phases of the Foundation Scholarship program within
                         the District, including selection of recipients and arrangements for their
                         programs.
                World Peace Fellowships – PDG Lyn Hadwin 

WORLD COMMUNITY SERVICE:  Chair, Bob Ashley
To coordinate district wide world community service projects and to encourage and assist individual clubs in carrying out world community projects. 

ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARDS (RYLA): Chair, Charles Johnson
To develop and oversee the RYLA program.

COINS FOR ALZHEIMER’S RESEARCH TRUST (CART):  Chair, PDG Dallas Simon
To promote the CART Fund throughout the district and coordinate the administration of the program.

NEWSLETTER EDITOR:  Deborah Steele 

DISTRICT LITERACY PROGRAM:  Chair, PDG Leon Benefield
To assist clubs in the development and maintain of programs to improve literacy within their communities.
