St. Simons Rotary Club Delivers 20 Hospital Beds to METS
Through the generosity of Magnolia Manor of St. Simons Island, the Rotary Medical Equipment Transport Service (METS) picked up 20 serviceable Echo hospital beds from Magnolia Manor to process and ship to a needy hospital facility overseas. Accepting the beds from Myra Hocutt, Administrator of Magnolia Manor, were Jim Bruce, President of the St. Simons Rotary Club, and METS volunteers, Alan Usher of the Pooler Rotary Club and Tom Miller of the Savannah South Rotary Club.  Helping with the loading of the truck were Magnolia Manor employees Gary Ratigan and Robert Duyn.  We appreciate the generosity of Magnolia Manor, their Administrator and their maintenance employees in helping us complete this donation.
